The aim of this course is to arm the participant with the knowledge required to set about establishing a Pasture Poultry enterprise. We will share with you our experience's gained in the past 6 years, from starting off with only 100 day old chicks, to now processing 200 chickens a week in our on farm abattoir and selling them direct to our customer base. It has been a steep learning curve for us. This course will save the participants a lot of time & energy giving them a good foundation in the basics of our farms model of poultry production & hopefully encourage them to start their own Pasture Poultry enterprise.
