We were lucky enough to receive the 2012 Euro Toques food awards,
presented by Ella Mc Sweeney, we are honoured & thrilled to receive
this award. Our thanks goes to the thousands of people to date that
have purchased, cooked, carved or eaten one of our birds. Plus the Euro
Toques restaurants that have supported us from the beginning. Thanks
to Jp Mc Mahon of Cava Restaurant Galway & John Coffey of Thyme
Athlone for nominating us. Now we have to build a shop to hang the
plaque in!
